These were taken at the Miami Half- Marathon earlier this year where we watched one of our own loved one cross the finish line. I am at a loss for words right now, especially since this marathon experience is still fresh in our minds. It was a time of hope, inspiration and triumph and I’m sad to see how those same things were robbed from today’s occasion by these cowardly acts. My heart and prayers go out to everyone there, including the runners, families and loved ones of the victims affected by this terrible and inexplicable tragedy.

lou - we think of all the victims from afar. such a tragedy. earlier today i watched youtube videos of the detonation and had a hard time not crying. can’t believe it. why does such a happy event turn into such a tragedy? i pray for you all!
