When I met the F Family, I had just returned home from over 20 hours in airports and air travel. I couldn’t hear out of both ears and I had the worst congestion ever. Normally, I wouldn’t schedule a session immediately after returning from vacation (especially one with a 7 hour time difference), but we had already rescheduled once due to the weather and I didn’t want to push it back any further. Plus, I knew it couldn’t have been easy for Damaris and Oliver to rally the troops in the car (along with the snacks, toys, change of clothes, etc…) and head out to our session in Ringwood Manor. So cancelling was definitely out the question. Luckily, they made my job that day a piece of cake! I rallied up enough energy to keep up with their three adorable boys , captured their family in action and then returned home to crash at the sight of my bed for 12 hours straight! Damaris, Oliver and O.M.D: thank you for being patient with your sick and jet-lagged photographer and for allowing me the pleasure to hang out with your beautiful family that day! You guys are awesome!
