Chestnut Hill Photo Shoot

I had the pleasure of attending a photography shoot hosted by the lovely Becky of Life with Kaishon.  She lined up a handful of stunning models for us to photograph around the Chestnut Hill area of Philadelphia. I met some new photographer friends and experimented with different shooting techniques on fresh new faces. A big thanks to all our fabulous models: Meredith and Kyle (bride and groom), Rakia and Nequetta (high fashion models), Kevin (male model) and the “N” Family – you were awesome! Here are a few of my faves from the day:

Angelia Sims - Gorgeous! Are you still using the D90 or did you upgrade? :-) Love, love the ones by the fence.

Maddy {Mad Hearts Photography} - Thanks Angelia! When Mad Hearts became official, I upgraded to the D700. I’m also using the 24-70 f/2.8 lens on all of these. I’m loving the wider shots! It’s a nice change from the 50mm, though I still love my nifty fifty :)

Maddy {Mad Hearts Photography} - This one was one of my favorites too! Though I would prefer that there be no shadow, I still feel like it worked in this particular shot. The model didn’t hurt either ;)
