MHP Session: “In The Heights”

This session started off as a request for headshots and morphed into an editorial shoot of life in Washington Heights - a predominantly Hispanic neighborhood. Luckily, my gorgeous model Kiara was willing and down for anything, even stopping to pose inside a bodega despite the puzzled stares of onlookers . She walked and walked and walked some more  (…if you know that part of the city, then you know it’s no easy task), braving the cold and yet still looking stunning every step of the way. I can’t say enough great things about this shoot – it was blast and Kiara, a total sweetheart! Though it was freezing, she brought the Latin heat to this session!
