MHP Event: Joe’s 30th Bash

I had a great time photographing Joe’s 30th birthday bash at the W Hotel in Hoboken! This was my first time at the gorgeous venue overlooking the NYC skyline and I was immediately impressed with the sexy decor and vibe of the place. It was an intimate affair with approximately 30 guests, so at first, everyone was a bit timid in front of the camera.  But after a few cocktails, it was a completely different story!  Even the camera shy birthday boy had a blast after it was all said and done! Here are a few sneak peek photos from the fun evening:

MHP Session: Fierce Sisters

This weekend I had the best time photographing A & J – two sisters who were the epitome of  ”fierce”! They came to the session ready to reenact their favorite “America’s Next Top Model” moments and I loved every second of it! They had many great ideas and we just had the best time trying out different poses and outfit. Even though I photograph many different people and events, I ♥ photographing teens the best! They are so fun and creative that you can’t help but feed off their positive energy. I loved watching A & J encourage each other by saying “do fierce this time” or “bring on the drama”! I couldn’t help but laugh the entire time watching them shine in front of the camera! Watch out, Tyra & Heidi – you have some serious competition heading your way!  Here are some great moments from our session:
